These opportunities clearly speak to our “welcoming spirit” to immigrants from at least 65 countries representing our student body.  The message is “we care” and the funds will now allow “dreams to come true.”

Currently there are no privately funded programs at Rockland BOCES that offer financial assistance to adult ESL students.  It is our goal to establish a scholarship fund for eligible adult ESL students interested in furthering their education. With support from our community and local businesses, we believe we will achieve our goal and look forward to awarding many student scholarships.
